Under DPCCC’s file access policy, access to all non-confidential DPCCC files is available to any DPCCC member (including Associates) upon request, by emailing the Secretary.
Files may be classified as confidential for any of the following reasons:
- To comply with the law, CDP or DPCCC rules, or official decisions of the Central Committee.
- To protect highly sensitive strategic information.
- To protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) which is not already public, and for which the subject has not given consent for DPCCC member access.
The following categories of file cannot be classified as confidential.
- Meeting agendas.
- Open-session meeting minutes.
