District 5 Publicly Elected Seat Vacancy
Help make the county club a club that represents you! A vacancy has opened for the District 5 Publicly Elected Seat of the Democratic Party of Contra Costa County (DPCCC).
If you are interested in being considered for this position, please submit a statement to the DPCCC Secretary at secretary@contracostadems.com no later than March 18th.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, candidates must:
Be a registered Democrat, and
- Reside and be registered to vote in District 5
- District 5 includes Hercules, Martinez, and Pittsburg, some portions of Antioch and Pinole, and the unincorporated communities of Alhambra Valley, Bay Point, Briones, Clyde, Crockett, Mt. View, Pacheco, Port Costa, Reliez Valley, Rodeo, Tormey, and Vine Hill.
Election
At our regular meeting on March 20th at 7 p.m., our regular members in good standing will vote to elect a representative to this seat.
