About the 2026 Endorsement Process
The Democratic Party of Contra Costa County completed an extensive
General Election endorsement process involving
more than 50 races and more than 86 candidates.
The process included candidate questionnaires and interviews,
district-level review, caucuses and straw polls, committee
recommendations, and final action by the Central Committee.
